Thanks all. It was fun, even though I'm not a pro. I'm just a man with the wrong utensils, without a clue, in the kitchen. Knife class (Does Locke from the Lost TV show teach one?), less Amish spices, got it. The worse the economy gets, the better my cooking videos will get. ;)

you need some salsa lessons. First step remove amish spice. 2nd keep blackberries and blackberry far away from preparation area! Third take a how to use a knife classs. Next buy a real knife. Last you cannot eat salsa without a chip.
