BoO Sauce (so good its scarey)

INGREDIENTS:
4 large tomatoes or about 2 pounds of your favorite tasting maters
fresh cilantro
vinegar
Lime juice
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 jalapeño
Salt and pepper



DIRECTIONS:
Wash the tomatoes and peppers REALLY good.

Lard Butt Carnitas
Ingredients
3 lbs pork butt

1 mandarin Jarritos soda
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and Pepper
If you want to stay mildly healthy then 3/4 cup olive oil – if you want to stay authentic use LARD! (LARD requires the use of allcaps sorry its just the nature of the word).
